With Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft is integrating several new features into the Microsoft Office software: In future, web applications for Word, Excel & Co. will be available in parallel to the desktop version.

The Microsoft Office package also supports the ISO-certified Microsoft Office Open XML format for the first time. In addition, Microsoft Office 2010 offers a revised ribbon menu navigation in the Microsoft Windows-7 look and powerful functions for the Microsoft Office button.
