  2. Der Mangel muss auf fehlerhafte Konstruktion, Materialien oder Verarbeitung<\/strong> des Herstellers oder Verk\u00e4ufers zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren sein.<\/li>\n
  3. Die zu reparierende oder zu ersetzende mangelhafte Ware ist auf Anfrage<\/strong> an den Verk\u00e4ufer zur\u00fcckzusenden.<\/li>\n
  4. Wurde die Ware von einem Drittlieferanten<\/strong> hergestellt und an den Verk\u00e4ufer geliefert, geht die dem Verk\u00e4ufer gew\u00e4hrte Garantie auf den K\u00e4ufer \u00fcber.<\/li>\n
