Se conceden los llamados derechos de revendedor. S\u00f3lo los socios autorizados tienen derecho a vender licencias de software y son miembros obligatorios del programa de socios del fabricante. A los revendedores se les concede el derecho no exclusivo de comercializar y distribuir activamente software bajo licencia dentro de la UE \/ AELC. No obstante, los revendedores tambi\u00e9n pueden operar en otras regiones, previo acuerdo por escrito.<\/p>\n<p>El distribuidor est\u00e1 obligado a ofrecer los productos de software bajo los respectivos nombres de producto del fabricante. Deben respetarse o colocarse los correspondientes derechos de propiedad y avisos de copyright. Todas las marcas y marcas registradas son propiedad del fabricante correspondiente. Las especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas deben coincidir siempre con las del fabricante. Las im\u00e1genes, s\u00edmbolos y logotipos se utilizan para identificar los art\u00edculos. Los bienes vendidos siguen siendo propiedad del minorista hasta que se haya recibido el pago completo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ley de licencias<\/strong><br \/>\nSeg\u00fan la jurisprudencia actual del Tribunal Federal de Justicia (BGH, sentencia de 17 de julio de 2013 - I ZR 129\/08), los comerciantes especializados est\u00e1n obligados a documentar la legalidad y licitud del software ofrecido. Las licencias de software s\u00f3lo pueden ponerse en circulaci\u00f3n con el consentimiento del titular de los derechos. La licencia se concede a cambio de un pago que permite obtener una remuneraci\u00f3n correspondiente al valor econ\u00f3mico del software. El titular de los derechos obliga al minorista a vender el software de forma permanente sin l\u00edmite de tiempo para su uso. Se informa al consumidor de que el software est\u00e1 sujeto a las condiciones de licencia y a los derechos de uso del producto del fabricante del software.<\/p>\n<p>El comprador tiene un derecho simple y sin restricciones a utilizar el software. No puede copiarlo ni permitir que otros lo utilicen.
